Ignite Me Ramble

Sooo the day is almost here!! IGNITE ME by Tahereh Mafi is released tomorrow! I honestly can't contain my excitement, you don't even know! I pre-ordered both IGNITE ME and UNITE ME (the novellas) through Amazon, so I really really really hope it gets here on time! If not, I'll probably die. 

The Shatter me series is probably one of my favorite series of all time. When I first read Shatter Me, I thought it was really good. I was like, hey, this writing is super poetic and incredible. I thought the villain was awesome and I enjoyed the X-Men esque turn the series took but I didn't ADORE it. You know? I thought it was good but not anything spectacular.

But then I read Unravel Me, the second book in the series. And it BLEW ME AWAY. I remember reading it, not having super high expectations, and completely devouring it. Like, staying-up-until-3-am devouring it. I am in love with Warner. He is probably my most favorite book boyfriend of all time and UGHH the feels. I think i've reread this book about five times. CHAPTER 62 THOUGH.

In preparation for IGNITE ME, I just finished re-reading both Shatter Me, Unravel Me, and the two eNovellas Destroy Me and Fracture Me. And I love them more and more with each time I read these books. I think the novellas are really well done (especially the one from Warner's point of view) and really add some more depth to the series.

I am just SOOO excited for the book and I had to ramble on about it for a while. Here's what I want to happen in Ignite Me: 

 (Some spoilers so don't read if you haven't read the first two books)

Juliette has to kick some major ass with her superpowers and stop feeling sorry for herself.

Adam has to tell Warner that they're brothers. Bc it just needs to happen.

Kenji needs to be his hilarious self because I love him.

Adam needs to stop thinking of Juliette as some weak thing

JULIETTE NEEDS TO PICK WARNER.

Juliette and Warner need to have some more 'chapter 62' type of moments *wink wink*

Anderson needs to die.

Warner needs to realize that he is a good person.

IDK something needs to happen with Warner's mom.

Juliette needs to confront her past & her horrible parents.

WARNER.

ok, I'm done. 

Just super excited! Can't wait to read and review this soon!!!
